HRD aims to simplify compliance and payments on a large scale for companies engaging contractors internationally and working remotely. From onboarding to the creation of contract templates compliant with local labor laws, document requirements, and the generation of tax forms and invoices through the platform, HRD streamlines the entire process for these companies and contractors.
Specifically, with our Employer of Record (EOR) service, we handle the hiring and payment processes for employees on behalf of clients from other companies.
Our clients will present us with the employee they wish to hire; therefore, we do not provide recruitment services. Instead, we facilitate the hiring process on their behalf, with the employee exclusively working for that specific client. The individuals we recruit in Vietnam will be Vietnamese nationals working remotely from Vietnam, specializing in specific fields such as information technology, marketing, or sales.
Neither the employees nor our clients will have a physical presence in our offices. The hired employees will not engage in local business activities but will work for companies based outside of Vietnam.
I. OUR SCOPES:
– Contact with the Company’s authorized person(s) to gather relevant information on number of paid and unpaid days, income (salary, bonus, allowance, etc.) and personal information of employees (email address, tax code number, etc.);
– Prepare the labor contracts in accordance with the Client’s template under the name of our company. Then, under the name of our company, we will:
Prepare the monthly payroll sheet which provides (i) the employees’ contribution and the employers’ contribution for Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance (“SHUI”) and (ii) Personal Income Tax (“PIT”) obligations of the employees to be withhold to person in-charge of the Company for review, comment and confirmation in accordance with the agreed time schedule;
Prepare (1) SHUI registration for new employee, (2) PIT code registration for new employee (if any), (3) periodical PIT declaration, and (4) tax dependent registration of employee (if any) then sending to person in-charge of The Client for review, comment and confirmation;
Inform the payment amount to the Client for payment of Salary, SHUI, Union Fee and PIT; then make payment directly on behalf of The Client;
Send monthly pay-slips in accordance with the Client’s template to The Client’s employees through their email addresses as provided by The Client.
II. OUR FEE:
Monthly fee: from USD 80 per person per month
(Excluding VAT)
- 100% of the monthly fee will be billed at the beginning of the relevant month.
- The cost paid on behalf shall have VAT added when issuing the VAT invoice to the Company.
- Advance deposit equivalent to 2 months of the total cost to be paid on behalf (estimated lump sum) is required.
